About the role

RGC Consulting is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Project Leads. In this role, you will help coordinate project activities, maintain schedules, liaise with stakeholders, and support the successful delivery of project outcomes.

This position also offers a clear pathway for professional development and career progression into Project Management.

Key responsibilities

- Support the delivery of project strategies, helping to align project outcomes with client objectives and RGC's broader vision.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to successfully deliver FF&E; program requirements.

- Assist in evaluating project solutions by gathering and considering data, stakeholder feedback, and project requirements.

- Support Project Managers and Project Leads with planning, scheduling, and critical path management to ensure effective project delivery.

- Prepare and coordinate project documentation and stakeholder communications in accordance with project deliverables.

- Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first approach by assisting with a variety of project-related tasks as required.

About you





- Transferable experience or skills in project coordination or project management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, health, or related project environments is highly regarded but not essential.

- Experience or qualifications in project management, facilities management, health, life sciences or FF&E; would be advantageous.
