About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner with strong Project Accounting capabilities to join a forward-thinking property and development business on a Contract basis with genuine Temp-to-Permanent potential.

In this commercial and hands-on role, you will partner closely with key project stakeholders, track project financial performance, and provide meaningful insight to drive financial decisions across development and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with project leads and operational teams to drive commercial outcomes and financial transparency.
- Manage end-to-end project accounting, including cost tracking, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and project feasibility reporting.
- Challenge assumptions, present financial metrics clearly to non-finance stakeholders, and support monthly reporting processes.




- Deliver accurate financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or Senior Project Accountant within the Building, Construction, Property, or Infrastructure sector.
- Robust background in project tracking, job costing, and commercial analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building trust and influencing non-financial managers.
