The RGC Group operates through two divisions: RGC Consulting, which serves sectors such as stadiums, education, science, cultural centers, aged care, corrections, and defence, and RGC Health, which is dedicated to the health and hospital sector.

Role Description The Project Lead Specialist is a full time, hybrid role based in Perth, WA, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees end-to-end FF&E; project delivery, coordinating planning, procurement, installation, and handover activities across multiple projects.

Specialist will manage project schedules and budgets, track progress against key milestones, and report status and risks to internal stakeholders and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, liaising with contractors and suppliers, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.



The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting business development efforts, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of RGC Consulting Group’s project management practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in construction, development, healthcare, or related sectors, preferably with exposure to FF&E; projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical documentation and manage complex project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, and strong general digital literacy (e.g., MS Office, collaboration platforms).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site coordination with remote work responsibilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is highly beneficial.
- Experience in the Asia Pacific or UAE markets, and familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements, is an advantage.
