Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager | Brisbane

Communities are strengthened through well-planned housing and infrastructure projects, and we're looking for a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to help deliver them. Based in our Brisbane office, you'll work client-side across a diverse portfolio with a strong focus on housing, supporting the delivery of projects that create lasting outcomes for communities across Queensland. This is an opportunity to build your experience within a collaborative team while working alongside experienced project professionals on meaningful programmes of work.

About The Role

We're seeking an ambitious and collaborative Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join our Brisbane team. Working client-side, you'll support the delivery of housing, civil and community infrastructure projects, helping clients navigate project challenges and achieve successful outcomes.

You'll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to project planning, construction verification, procurement, delivery and stakeholder management, while continuing to develop your project management expertise within a supportive team environment.

About You

You are a proactive project professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and contributing to successful project outcomes.

You bring

- A tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, project management or a related discipline.

- 2-5 years' experience in project management, construction management, construction verification or project delivery roles.





- Experience working within a client-side consultancy, contractor, government or similar project delivery environment.

- Experience delivering programmes of work, ideally including housing, civil works, subdivisions and community infrastructure projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary project teams.

- A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership and contribute to project outcomes.

- A desire to grow your project management capability and contribute to a positive team culture.

- Experience delivering projects for government, institutional investor or corporate clients will be highly regarded.
