ABOUT THE ROLE An opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join the Sydney team and work across a diverse pipeline of commercial projects.

Current projects include high-end workplace fit-outs, multi-floor office refurbishments, premium client suites, building remediation and upgrade works, along with workplace consolidation and downsizing projects for major global tenants.

Working alongside experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, you will take ownership of projects and key workstreams across design, procurement, construction and completion.

DUTIES

- Deliver commercial workplace, fit-out, refurbishment and remediation projects
- Manage projects and key workstreams from design through to completion
- Coordinate architects, engineers and specialist consultants
- Manage contractors throughout procurement and construction
- Drive design development and consultant coordination
- Manage tendering,



procurement and contract administration
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, risks and key milestones
- Prepare client reporting and project documentation
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project delivery
- Oversee construction, defects, handover and close-out

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property or a related discipline
- Previous experience within a Project Management consultancy or client-side environment
- Experience delivering commercial workplace and fit-out projects
- Refurbishment and/or building remediation experience highly regarded
- Strong design management and consultant coordination skills
- Experience across procurement and contract administration
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within live commercial environments
- Robust commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
