Job Description

Life Without Barriers seeks an Intensive Therapeutic Care Worker for casual shifts on the Central Coast. You will support a young person with complex needs using trauma-informed care, building protected, trusting relationships to promote wellbeing and growth.

Work in residential homes operating 24/7; shifts include afternoons, sleepovers and weekends. Diploma in Community Services or higher is preferred, with First Aid HLTAID011 and probity checks required.
