Grand Plaza Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our thriving dental practice in Browns Plains, QLD. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility whilst allowing you to make a meaningful impact on our patients' oral health and wellbeing. We are looking for a dentist for 1-2 days preferably from Monday- Wednesday. The days can be flexible within these days.We are looking for someone who can work independently in the practice.

Key responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses to patients of all ages
- Perform a range of restorative and preventative dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and root canal treatments
- Develop and discuss individualised treatment plans with patients, ensuring clear communication about options and costs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Uphold high standards of infection control and sterilisation protocols
- Contribute to a positive patient experience by providing compassionate and professional care
- Stay current with developments in dental practice and participate in career development opportunities

What we’re looking for

- A current practising certificate to work as a dentist in Australia
- Formal qualifications in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Proven experience working in a dental practice environment
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills with patients, colleagues and management




- A commitment to continuing professional development and staying current with best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst managing your own patient load independently
- Professional demeanour and a patient-centred approach to dental care
- Experience with digital dental technology and practice management systems is advantageous
