About the role
n Join the Cardiology Outpatient Service and play a vital role in supporting patients' access to specialist cardiology care. Working as part of a dedicated team of four administrative professionals, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinate appointments and procedures, manage referrals and patient records, and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy clinical environment.
n
This Monday to Wednesday position works closely with cardiologists, nursing staff, cardiac technicians, patients, and referring clinicians to ensure the smooth operation of the outpatient service. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience.
