As we continue to grow and explore global opportunities, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team. The position will appeal to a system savvy professional with a science background and a strong customer focus. The role is based within our dynamic team workplace at our Macquarie Park Head Office, flexible work arrangements can be considered post completion of training.

nThe Opportunity n

Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Support Associate Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with study set up and maintenance
n
n
- Simple study set up and on-going maintenance
n
n
- Act as primary point of contact at Sonic Clinical Trials for assigned studies
n
n




- Liaises with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing support throughout study setup and maintenance.
n
n

nAbout You n
n

n
n
- Tertiary Education in Biomedical Science or Science or related field preferred (or a minimum of 8 years' experience in a central laboratory setting)
n
n
- Must have a minimum 2 years experience in a customer support role within the health, pathology, pharmaceutical or clinical trials industry
n
n
- Understanding of the clinical trials industry and central laboratory
n
n
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
n
n
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting

n
- Time management and organisational skills
n
n
- Strong Microsoft applications skills
n
n
- Commitment to high quality work and customer service
n
n
- Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, ability to be flexible, and a willingness to display initiative
n
n
- Interest in laboratory science and diagnostic pathology
n
n

Background checks, including a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, will be required prior to commencement.
