This role is accountable for the coordination, management, and delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care, ensuring nursing standards, safety, and performance targets are met across a complex and high-demand perioperative environment. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective service outcomes while managing human, financial, and material resources.

The role involves driving quality improvement, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture, and supporting workforce development through education, mentoring, and performance management,
