Dollar Dealers Coburg is a modern second-hand dealer / pawnbroker, established 2015.

n

It is a fast paced professional retail environment where negotiations are constant & characters are regular. No two days are the same & who knows what item walks in next, gold, diamonds, tools, retro gaming, Louis Vuitton or Rolex ?

n

With four full time staff we are growing each month and seeking an additional part time employee for weekends. Saturdays & Sundays 11.00 - 3.00 with potentially more hours during the week for the right candidate. This role is in-store and customer focused. With 70% of the retail turnover through eBay it's important to be able to communicate online as well.

The successful candidate will be: n

Customer focused with a desire to exceedcustomer expectations

n

Think on their feet & be comfortable with negotiations

n

Have a 'CAN DO'attitude

n

Basic Computer, tablet and mobile phone proficiency is preferred

n

Knowledge in Gold,



Diamonds and jewellery would be an advantage

n

Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential

n

A police check will be required

n

A strong understanding of eBay would be an advantage.

Your core duties will be, but not limited to: n

Retail customer service

n

Buying and selling products, including negotiations(training provided).

n

Cleaning & stock preparation

n

Listing stock & managing eBay enquiries.
