Job Description

Madison Marcus Law Firm in Sydney CBD seeks a Senior Associate to join the Mergers, Acquisitions & Commercial (MAC) team. The role covers non-standard property transactions, JV agreements, capital raising for start-ups, IP, shareholder agreements, and corporate structuring advice.
