You'll have the opportunity to work with up-to-date reporting tools, large datasets, and emerging technologies, including the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support financial modelling, analysis, reporting and decision-making.

As the business continues to evolve its analytics capability, you'll contribute to identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate routine tasks and leverage technology to generate faster, more meaningful business insights.

Your New Role n

As a Business Analyst, you'll support the Finance Planning & Analysis team by transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:

- Analysing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
n
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and business performance reporting
n




- Preparing insightful reporting, reconciliations and variance analysis
n
- Developing and maintain analytical models, reporting tools and dashboards
n
- Partnering with Finance and operational teams to improve reporting processes and data quality
n

What You'll Bring nn
- A tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Analytics or a related discipline
n
- Strong Excel skills and a passion for working with data
n
- Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex business problems
n
- The confidence to communicate insights to a range of stakeholders

- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to learn and grow
