Job Summary

Kenect Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our client’s team in Forgandenny PH2 area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in creating a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both staff and visitors.

Duties

- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Experience





- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weights as necessary for cleaning tasks
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and contributing to a positive work environment
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
- Own transport required, due to not being on public transport route

- Immediate start
- Ongoing on temporary basis
- Monday to Friday
- 0830-1330
- £13.00 per hour, paid weekly, PAYE
- In office parking available
