Commercial Property Manager | Temporary | Melbourne North West
Working with a long standing independent agency in Melbourne's North West, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager on a temporary basis, starting immediately.

THE ASSIGNMENT

- Ongoing with option to perm
- 4-5 days per week
- $50 to $55 per hour plus super + mileage
- Melbourne North West location, onsite

THE PORTFOLIO

- Mixed portfolio (approx 100 - Retail/Office/Industrial)
- No trust accounting and leasing assistance

THE ROLE

- End to end management of the portfolio
- Lease renewals and negotiations with both tenants and landlords
- Leasing support, with initial appointments handled in-house
- Invoice processing and upload for the external trust accounting provider
- Month-end reporting
- Supporting compliance as it transitions across, working with the compliance manager

YOU WILL NEED

- 3 -5 years end to end commercial property management experience
- Robust working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003
- Re Leased experience, or a comparable platform
- Agent's Representative certificate
- Confident negotiator, reliable and flexible
- Own car and current driver's licence
- Available to start immediately
