Walsh Gates designs, fabricates and installs premium automatic gates for commercial, industrial and high-end residential clients across South East Queensland.

We build custom, automation-ready gates in-house.

We're looking for a skilled Boilermaker / Welder who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a high-performing team.

About the Role

Based in our large, well-lit and ventilated Brisbane workshop, you’ll fabricate:

Sliding, swing and cantilever automatic gates

Structural gate frames

Precision infill systems

Bespoke custom designs

This is not repetitive production line work — every project is built to a high standard and represents our brand.

Key Responsibilities

High-quality MIG and LASER welding and fabrication

Read and interpret technical drawings accurately

Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop

Manage materials, tools and time effectively

Contribute to continuous improvement

About You

You will:

Have strong MIG welding experience

Be confident reading technical drawings

Take pride in clean welds and finished presentation





Value safety and workshop standards

Have a team-first attitude
