The opportunity n

This is a healthcare desk with everything in place. You'll be working alongside our Operations Manager who is co-building the desk with you, with a pipeline of candidates and warm clients waiting from day one.

What you'll do n

Build and run a healthcare recruitment desk in our current Sydney office. You'll manage the full 360 cycle - sourcing exceptional candidates, developing client relationships, and making placements that fit both sides. Our approach is consultative, long-term, and our clients stay with us because of it.

What we're looking for nn
- Recruitment experience - at least two years preferred but not essential (healthcare sector a plus)
n
- A consultative style - you build relationships, not just send CVs
n
- A learning mindset
n
- Strong communication and credibility with senior healthcare professionals
n
- Drive and ambition, measured by quality of work rather than hours at the desk
n
- Comfort with data, process, and using a CRM properly
n
