We are seeking a skilled and reliable mechanic to join our team, based out of the Horsham depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles including, but not limited to, trucks, telehandlers and cars. This role allows some flexibility for the candidate to structure their week in a way that suits their personal life.

Key responsibilities

- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Service engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and tune-ups.
- Identify vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Working alongside our Maintenance Supervisor to plan and schedule work

About you

- Qualification in Automotive Mechanical repairs.
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic.




- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license. HC preferred
- Experience with modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of diesel engines and heavy vehicles.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Ability to do occasional overnight stays assisting in maintenance at other sites
