Westhaven is seeking a permanent, Full-Time Team Leader to join our Wagga Wagga team. We need an accountable, effective leader to guide our local workforce and help us provide high-quality support across the region.

The Role n

Balance: Split your week effectively with 2 days working on the floor alongside clients and 3 days focused on admin and leadership duties.

Empower: Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of Support Workers to deliver consistent, safe care.

n

Quality: Ensure effective administrative processes, including quality reporting, planning and record-keeping.

Drive: Manage performance and utilize your experience to nurture an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

What You Need n

Experience: Proven leadership background managing teams in complex care,



behaviours of concern, and mental health.

n

Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong negotiation, and advanced conflict resolution skills.

n

Flexibility: Ability to successfully manage the dual expectations of hands-on support & administrative oversight.

n

Compliance: NSW Driver's Licence, WWCC, NDISWC, First Aid & CPR, plus a pre-employment Police Check.

n
