Looking to join one of Australia’s most integral federal government departments ? This department helps to make life of all Australians safer and is looking for a Project Manager. Working in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney office, you will be involved in delivery of a range of IT infrastructure and software projects. This programme is part of a large technology uplift across the entire organisation.

Working with the Program Manager you will be responsible for:

- Delivery of key projects
- Resource management and deployment
- Creation of project plans, schedules and deliverables
- Risk communication and management
- Ensuring projects are delivered in budget and schedule
- Vendor management

This role is working with a federal government department so Australian citizenship is mandatory due to security requirements . We are keen to speak with candidates that can demonstrate:





- Relevant project management experience
- Mix large enterprise and Government experience beneficial
- Complex project delivery reliant on external vendors
- Delivery of a range of different projects i.e. applications, infrastructure etc
- Australian citizenship or Baseline /NV1 clearance

On offer to the successful candidate will be a contract role with a duration of 2 years with daily rates up to $1100 per day . This role is based in Melbourne and is Hybrid.
