The Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of Leathwood's landscaping construction projects, from mobilisation through to handover, working across multiple live projects at any one time. Based at Leathwood's Macquarie Park head office but out on site regularly, the role sits at the sharp end of the business, balancing budgets, programs, subcontractors and client relationships while keeping every project moving. The successful candidate will be commercially sharp and unflappable under pressure, equally comfortable negotiating a variation, chairing a site meeting or pulling a project schedule back on track.
