The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of remedial construction projects, ensuring all works are completed safely, to quality standards, on programme, and within budget. The role leads planning, procurement, subcontractor management, contract management, programme oversight, and stakeholder communication across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).

- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects from planning through to completion, ideally valued at $3M+.

- Experience leading project teams, coordinating subcontractors and building strong client relationships.

- Sound knowledge of remedial construction methods, building standards and project management principles.

- Robust commercial awareness, planning,



communication and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Procore, SignOnSite or similar construction management systems.

- Current Driver's Licence and White Card.

- Remedial construction experience is highly regarded.
