Frank Hill Roofing are seeking a suitable candidate to fulfil a Project Management role within our business that will require you to take charge of two long term maintenance contracts with the Tasmanian Government and Catholic Education Tasmania along with other minor maintenance works and small roof upgrade projects. This is a role where you will always be busy and never guessing what's going to happen next in your day.

TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

- Planning of day-to-day tasks for our site based maintenance team including leaks and routine gutter cleaning
- Liaising with our maintenance Clients regarding their priority list of maintenance orders that they issue
- Planning recent projects prior to their commencement and liaising with the Client regarding commencement and other key aspects of the project
- Assisting the Operations Manager and other Project Management team members with planning long term labour resources aswell as dealing with weekly, and sometimes day-to-day labour changes within our site based teams
- Managing project costs against project budgets to ensure the viability of the business
- Financial tasks including approving all invoices for materials, approving time sheets and managing project variations related to your maintenance projects




- Attending site visits as requested by Clients to ensure we understand their needs for certain sites or work they request
- Maintaining good relationships with key Clients to allow new work to flow to the business

This role offers a lot of autonomy for someone with the right attitude and approach to their work which will require you to plan your tasks and manage your time based on the needs of each project. You will also have the support of our office based management team in Cambridge along with administration support located in Launceston. CANDIDATES WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING KEY ATTRIBUTES

- Cert 3 Qualification in Roof Plumbing or a sound knowledge of roof plumbing to allow you to guide certain decisions regarding how tasks are completed by our site based team
- Leadership experience within a foreperson, team leader or existing project management role
- Working With Vulnerable People
- Working At Heights (We can assist with this if required)
