Our client is looking for multiple experienced and motivated Project Managers based in WA and QLD, working on an 8:6 FIFO roster. These are permanent opportunities for someone who wants more than simply managing a project from start to finish.

The role will give you the opportunity to be involved from the outset, helping to:

- Drive project start-up and mobilization
- Build and grow large project crews
- Establish the people, processes and systems required for a successful project
- Manage project delivery, commercial performance and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks
- Maintain high standards across safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Drive projects through to successful completion and close-out The person I'm looking for will have:
- 5+ years' experience as a Mining Project Manager
- Strong leadership and team-building capability and ability to communicate with stakeholders on all levels
- Proven commercial and project management skills




- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- A solid understanding of open pit mining methods, safety and quality requirements
- A track record of delivering complex projects within budget and timeframe
- WA QM, SSE and S26 certified
