THE ROLE The Project Manager in the Program Oversight team provides operational, administrative and coordination support to the project teams delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to affordable housing for Victorians. The role contributes to project activities across development and delivery phases, supports procurement and program reporting requirements and assists with maintaining efficient project administration and documentation systems. The position works with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including builders and government partners, and supports the development and implementation of operational processes and frameworks that assist delivery teams.

The role requires foundational construction knowledge, including the ability to interpret drawings, design and performance specifications, and pricing schedules to effectively support project activities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of governance processes, workflows and documentation that support consistent project delivery across programs.
- Assist with coordination and administration related to builder engagement activities, including supporting panel processes,



documentation requirements and communication pathways.
- Create, update and maintain transparent operational process documents, templates, guidance materials and decision pathways to support delivery teams to ensure consistency across programs.
