The Project Officer Public Land Services contributes to the place-based delivery of high-quality, timely regional public land management projects and services, in partnership with land managers, supporting public land asset, safety and risk management and regulation for use and access to public land.

The Project

Officer supports the delivery of high-quality, customer focussed public land use information, governance and administration services, ensuring consistent, integrated, and efficient service delivery in collaboration with DEECA Regions statewide portfolios.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Desirable

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline. Expertise and experience in the management of public land and associated infrastructure, ideally in the region.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including delegated land managers.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 September 2027. The work location for this position is flexible within the Port Phillip Region with hybrid work arrangements available.
