At Ramelius, we're entering an exciting period of growth, with major upgrades underway at the Mt Magnet processing hub, including a plant expansion, a windfarm, village expansion and road construction projects. This expansion will transform our operating footprint and drive our future production growth toward our 600koz by FY30.

The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Supervisor will supervise major capital projects across site, providing hands-on field leadership and electrical trade expertise to support multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Supervise major capital and infrastructure projects in an operational mining environment
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders to balance project requirements with operational priorities
- Act as a key point of contact for EPCM contractors, vendors and construction teams
- Provide electrical trade expertise while delivering multidisciplinary projects
- Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to plan
- Manage site resources, equipment and material requirements
- Monitor project progress and resolve field execution issues
- Identify risks and implement practical mitigation measures
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and quality checks
- Monitor contractor performance against project requirements
- Support commissioning, handover and operational readiness activities





About You You are a site-focused project professional with an electrical trade background, strong contractor management skills and a track record of delivering complex projects safely and successfully. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively balance operational priorities with project delivery requirements.

You Bring

- Electrical trade qualification with experience in mining, resources or heavy industry
- Demonstrated experience supervising or delivering capital projects in operational environments
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary works across electrical, mechanical, civil and infrastructure scopes
- Strong contractor management and field execution capabilities
- Ability to build effective relationships across operations, maintenance, engineering and project teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Sound knowledge of safety, risk management and quality assurance requirements
- Holder of, or ability to obtain, a Statutory Supervisor (Section 26) qualification
