About the role

We are seeking a bright and ambitious Property Acquisition Graduate to join our dynamic team at BMM Group in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a full-time opportunity to kickstart your career .The Property Acquisition Team undertakes high level negotiations with private landowners, corporate entities, and government bodies on behalf of our clients to secure tenure across a range of different property types throughout Australia.

What you'll be doing

- Assist the Property Acquisition team in identifying, evaluating and securing new Lease opportunities

- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and identify potential acquisition targets

- Prepare detailed feasibility analyses to support acquisition decisions

- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the due diligence process for potential acquisitions

What we're looking for

- A university degree or Diploma in a relevant field such as Property, Finance, Economics or Business

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders

- Demonstrated interest and/or experience in the real estate and property development industry

- Ambitious,



driven and passionate about contributing to the growth of a dynamic organisation

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
