Seeking friendly, approachable, organised and proactive, with a genuine passion for helping people and connecting with your community? Seeking a Project Support Officer to work under the guidance of our Local Connector, helping welcome essential workers and their families relocating to the Coffs Harbour and Bellingen regions. This varied role involves administration, communications, social media, preparing Welcome Bags, assisting with community activities and providing day-to-day project support.

Position Highlights: 14 hours per week (fixed term part time)

- with flexible working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends; Based at Boambee East, with travel throughout the Coffs Harbour and Bellingen regions; Opportunity to join a small, supportive, and community-focused team.





Essential Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to warmly welcome and engage with people from diverse backgrounds; Confidence using digital platforms, a current drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle National Police Check and NSW WWCC HOW TO APPLY: All applicants must contact Sarah Soto, Local Connector for The Welcome Experience, before submitting their application
