Property and Security Specialist

- 12-month contract to 31 December 2027
- Lismore office based, supporting the broader network
- Remuneration commencing from $102,000 total package (inclusive of super + leave loading)

To help support this next chapter, we’re looking for a practical, hands-on Property and Security Specialist to join our Lismore office for a 12-month period, helping keep our branch and office network safe, well-maintained and ready to serve.

About the role In this role, you’ll be focused on key aspects of property maintenance, facilities support and contractor coordination, including:

- supporting safe, compliant and well-maintained branch and office locations;
- assisting with physical security systems, including CCTV, alarms and access control; and
- helping identify issues early and coordinate practical, timely solutions.

About you This opportunity will suit someone who brings:

- experience in property, facilities, building services, security systems or a related field;
- confidence working with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders;
- strong organisation skills, sound judgement and a practical approach to problem-solving;
- a collaborative style and willingness to work across regional locations; and
- relevant qualifications or technical training, which would be highly regarded.
