A growing Buyers Advocacy Business is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their Fortitude Valley team, with a Brand New Officedue to open in the next 6 months.
This is a social, ambitious and close-knit team that works hard, backs each other and enjoys the wins. They’re looking for someone who knows Property Management, takes ownership and brings the right personality to the team.
With a current portfolio of around 280 properties and a further portfolio recently acquired, there’s plenty of opportunity to grow with this business.
You’ll manage an end-to-end residential portfolio, including:
- Routines, entries and exits
- Maintenance and repairs
- Tenant and owner liaison
- Arrears and lease renewals
- Trades and contractor management
- General portfolio and tenancy management
About You
- Current QLD PM registration or licence
- 2 + Years Residential Property Management experience
- Strong communication and organisation
- Confident managing owners, tenants and trades
- Able to work autonomously and take ownership
- Comfortable travelling across Brisbane and the Gold Coast regions
- Positive, driven and genuinely team-focused
