Our busy Alstonville agency has a fast growing property management section. We require an experienced property manager that can work in a team setting and be self-motivated. This is a permanent full-time opportunity in a supportive and inclusive team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage residential properties, including liaising with tenants and landlords
- Conduct and action maintenance requests and routine inspections
- Prepare leasing documents, entry and exit reports
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople when required
About you
- Current full Australian driver's license
- Proven working experience in Property Management or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiar with residential tenancy law and basic residential property maintenance needs
