Several full time ongoing vacancies are available

- Provide project contract administration and project management services, including preparation of scopes of works, monitoring of performance and raising work orders to maximise budget utilisation under departmental guidelines and procurement processes.
- Ensure asset condition inspections are conducted, and immediate, urgent and routine repairs and maintenance are identified and recorded in departmental systems, including monitoring accuracy of asset and other relevant data within departmental systems and prepare reports and other documentation as required.
- Ability to work with contractors, emergency teams, and other stakeholders in cases of natural disasters/critical incidents or other events as may be required, occasionally afterhours.
- Monitor and provide advice on the performance, timeliness, and workmanship of contractors in accordance with the contract KPI’s, conduct contractor meetings including recording performance and input into contractor performance scorecards and reports.

Your role is the primary source of asset management to the Housing Property Services unit in delivering effective, high quality and culturally appropriate management of public and government employee housing within the Central Australian region. This position supports the management of contractual obligations and maintains compliance with relevant statutory regulations across the portfolio.

Be physically able to drive 4x4 vehicles for long distances as regular travel to remote communities is required, including overnight travel and travel by light aircraft. A current NT C-class driver's licence or equivalent is essential.
