Grolife Property Services is looking for a skilled Property Maintenance Technician. This is a hands-on, varied role across commercial, industrial, and high-density residential environments requiring quality workmanship, problem-solving ability, and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

- Property repairs, maintenance, renovations and construction
- General maintenance works across a range of trade tasks
- Site problem-solving and job completion to a high standard
- Professional communication with tenants/clients and internal team

- Strong trade background with pride in finish and doing the job properly
- Carpenters, handymen, painters, plasterers, tilers, and other well-rounded maintenance trades are encouraged to apply
- Multi-trade skills (or willingness to learn) and a practical, solutions-first mindset
- Strong communication and professional presentation
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver consistent quality

Requirements

- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a police check
- Willingness to complete required tickets (role-dependent)

You will need to be:
- An experienced tradesman in building and construction sector with at least 2 years of work experience.
- A committed team player with a strong focus on promoting a safe work culture.
- Currently living in Australia.
- Location - Able to work in south east Queensland
