JA Recruitment is representing a Gold Coast agency known for its close-knit team, supportive culture and regular team bonding events. They’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of their work.

The role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties end-to-end
- Coordinate leasing, routine inspections, maintenance and lease renewals
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
- Manage arrears, respond to enquiries and resolve issues as they arise
- Keep property records and compliance requirements up to date

You’ll have the freedom to manage your day and make decisions for your portfolio,



with support from a team that works well together.

About you

- At least 5 years’ experience in a Property Manager role
- A current Queensland real estate salesperson registration certificate or real estate agent licence qld.gov.au
- Confidence managing a portfolio independently from start to finish
- Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine commitment to keeping owners informed and tenants well supported
