- Company car fuel card phone
- Manageable portfolio of approximately 100 properties
- Assistant support for home opens & general tasks
- No trust accounting
- No BDM or prospecting
- Work alongside another Property Manager
- Established office with strong systems and support
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

THE ROLE

Take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 100 properties, managing the portfolio end-to-end while having support around you.

Your responsibilities will include

- End-to-end Property Management
- Lease sign-ups and renewals
- Owner and tenant communication
- Maintenance coordination
- Arrears management
- General portfolio management
- Compliance and documentation

You’ll have Assistant support for home opens and general tasks,



while trust accounting is handled separately – allowing you to focus on your portfolio and clients. ABOUT YOU

- Experienced Property Manager
- Current WA registration
- Confident managing an end-to-end portfolio
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a team
- Ideally based South or South-East
- Available for a full time, office-based position
