The role

Manage a tidy portfolio which of 100 properties located within 10 kms of the office. You are responsible for initial 6 week inspections as well as the final bond inspections, maintenance, and staying on top of arrears. A virtual assistant will be available to assist with administrative tasks, while all PCR's will be outsourced.

About you

- A valid WA real estate registration
- A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
- Experience managing a portfolio
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
