Looking for a Senior PM role with a manageable portfolio, great support and genuine flexibility? This is an opportunity to join a stable, close-knit team where staff genuinely stay.

- $90K–$110K Super Take-Home Car, Depending on experience

- Established portfolio of 110–115 properties

- PCRs outsourced

- Dedicated BDM handles new business

- Potential WFH flexibility

- Monday–Friday, approx. 9am–5pm

- Work alongside another experienced Senior PM

- High autonomy with no micromanagement

- Excellent staff retention and supportive team

THE ROLE Manage your portfolio end-to-end, including:

- Owner and tenant relationships

- Leasing and home opens

- Routine inspections





- Maintenance and arrears

- Lease renewals

- Compliance and general portfolio management

ABOUT YOU

- Experienced Property Manager

- Strong knowledge of WA Property Management legislation

- Confident managing a portfolio autonomously

- Organised, reliable and a strong communicator

- Looking for a long-term prospect
