The Agency A highly regarded Adelaide agency with a strong presence in the eastern and western suburbs. The Property Management team is established, supportive and genuinely team focused, with continued growth creating the need for another set of hands.

The Position

This is a hands on support role working closely alongside the Property Management team. The week will be diverse, with approximately three days out on the road and two days office based.

The role will assist with:

- Routine inspections, ingoings and outgoings, working as part of a team
- Open homes and overflow support when required
- Following up maintenance identified during routine inspections
- Monitoring outstanding maintenance and other portfolio items




- General support across the PM portfolio to keep things moving

This could suit an experienced Property Manager wanting a more supported team environment, or someone earlier in their career looking for a genuine entry point into property management.

The Criteria

- Current South Australian real estate registration or licence is essential
- Previous property management experience is highly desirable
- Strong attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working hands-on
- Confident dealing with tenants, trades and PMs
- Happy to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current SA driver’s licence
- Ailo experience advantageous, but not essential
