Property Manager / Junior Property Manager (Work from home opportunity & no weekends!)

Full-Time | Wyndham / Melbourne's West

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Property Manager or Junior Property Manager to join our growing real estate team in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

This is a full-time position suited to either an experienced Property Manager looking for their next opportunity or a capable Junior Property Manager who is ready to step up and develop their career.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio while working closely with our Director, administration team and leasing staff.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing day-to-day communication with rental providers and renters
- Maintenance coordination and follow-up
- Rent arrears management
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Routine inspections and reporting
- Entry and exit processes
- Notices and general tenancy compliance
- VCAT preparation and attendance where required
- Building strong relationships with our clients and renters
- Ensuring matters are followed through promptly and professionally

About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicating with rental providers and renters
- Proactive rather than waiting for issues to escalate
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail
- Skilled and personable
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Experienced with Victorian residential tenancy requirements




- Able to remain calm and solution-focused when dealing with difficult situations

Previous property management experience is highly regarded; however, we are also happy to consider a strong Junior Property Manager who has industry experience and is ready to progress. Experience with Property Tree or similar property management software would be advantageous.
