Are you a Property Manager looking for a role where you can actually focus on managing your portfolio without being pulled into BDM, prospecting or trust accounting?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, supportive real estate team in Perth’s southern suburbs, offering a manageable portfolio, hands-on support and an excellent package including a company car, fuel card and phone.

With approximately 100 properties to manage and additional support around you, this is a outstanding move for an experienced PM wanting stability, structure and a genuinely manageable workload.

The Role You'll take ownership of your portfolio and be responsible for:
- Day-to-day end-to-end Property Management
- Building strong relationships with owners and tenants




- Lease sign-ups and renewals
- Maintenance coordination
- Arrears management
- Compliance and general portfolio administration

About You We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who is organised, confident and capable of running their own portfolio, while enjoying the benefits of having a supportive team around them. You'll ideally have strong WA residential Property Management experience, excellent communication skills and be located around Canning Vale, Southern River, Thornlie, Gosnells, Harrisdale, Piara Waters or surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, office-based role, perfect for someone who enjoys working alongside their team and wants clear separation between work and home.
