With consistent growth, they are now seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Junior Property Manager to support the team and step confidently into the next phase of their career.

You’ll be supportive by an experienced Team Leader & Senior Property Manager, with a supportive, fun team, and have the chance to build your skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

THE ROLE.

Join a supportive and established property management team where you’ll have the systems, training and backing to manage your portfolio effectively.

- Manage a residential portfolio across Austral, Bringelly, Leppington and down to Campbelltown

- End-to-end property management and client communication

- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and tenancy matters

- Manage arrears, lease renewals and rent reviews

- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Work alongside an experienced team who genuinely support each other

THE PERSON.

We’re looking for someone with real estate experience who is ready to develop their career within property management.

- Previous experience in property management, leasing or property administration

- Certificate of Registration / Assistant Agent Certificate

- Robust communication and organisation skills

- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and trades

- Positive, proactive and willing to learn

- Driver’s licence and reliable car essential
