The role:

- Managing landlord and tenant communication
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters
- Completing rent reviews and lease renewals




- Maintaining accurate records using modern cloud-based software

About you:

- Minimum 12 months' Property Management experience
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
