Our boutique agency is currently looking for a Property Manager to join our friendly supportive team. Someone who has a strong understanding of the day-to-day residential property management processes and has run a portfolio end-to-end. We have a small, stable and manageable portfolio with most of our properties located within the local area. The position comes with excellent admin, trust accounting and management support. There are NO PCRs, NO trust accounting, NO BDM and NO EOM.

Our agency is located prominently in the Perth Eastern Suburbs with plenty of free on-site parking. We are offering a competitive salary + superannuation with flexible hours and the option of a day off per fortnight.

- Competitive salary (Circa $90,000 + superannuation for the right team member).

Essentials for this position:

- Strong understanding of the day-to-day residential Property Management processes.
- Familiar with running a residential portfolio end-to-end.
- Organised and great dealing with people.
- Current Western Australian Property Manager registration.
- Drivers licence and own vehicle.
