About the role

Fast growing chartered accounting firm is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in the Camden LGA, NSW. This full-time position will be responsible for providing a range of accounting and bookkeeping services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

- Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing monthly reports
- Completing BAS and income tax returns for small businesses and individuals
- Providing financial advice and guidance to clients on a range of accounting and taxation matters
- Assisting with the implementation of accounting software and systems
- Collaborating with the broader team to identify opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients

What we're looking for

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in public practice or a small business accounting environment
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB, Xero or QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
