The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor – Systems & Compliance to join our passionate and dedicated Quality Assurance team based at our industrial bakery in Liverpool, NSW.

Reporting to the QA Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting the development and maintenance of quality systems and compliance processes that underpin our in-plant quality assurance programs. You will help ensure that raw materials and finished products meet ARYZTA’s quality specifications, applicable standards, legislative requirements and customer expectations.

This is a Full-Time,



on-site permanent position based at our Liverpool bakery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the site’s Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring continued compliance with certification and company standards.
- Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints and quality incidents, driving effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality documentation, procedures and records, ensuring accuracy and effective document control.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve quality systems, processes and compliance performance across the site.
- Provide training, guidance and support to employees on quality, food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor and report on quality and compliance performance, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

About You: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented quality professional with a strong systems and compliance mindset. You enjoy investigating issues, improving processes and working collaboratively with others to deliver practical and timely outcomes.





You will be comfortable managing competing priorities and working independently while building effective relationships across cross-functional teams. You bring sound judgement, robust problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to quality, food safety and continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- A degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, systems or compliance role within a food manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience working with Quality Management Systems, food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices and quality assurance principles.
- Experience coordinating or supporting internal, external and customer audits.
- Strong investigation, root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality-related databases.
- A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
