Temporary full time opportunity to provide leadership and expertise to guide high quality, equitable consumer and community engagement across Metro North Health.

About the role n

Temporary full time opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support purposeful and outcome focused engagement that is inclusive for all abilities and culturally appropriate.

About you n

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people including dealing with sensitive issues.

- Enable and support staff to use engagement methodologies and tools to partner with consumers.
n
- Contribute to and support the implementation of Consumer & Community Engagement
n
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate engagement events such as focus groups and forums.
n
- Participate in innovation,



research and evaluation related to consumer engagement to apply effective engagement and co-design methodology.
