About the Role

We are seeking a high-calibre, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and take genuine ownership of key accounts across our mining and industrial electrical portfolio. This isn't a cold-start territory — you will step into established relationships with some of the state's most important mining and industrial customers, with the autonomy and support to grow them further while also winning new business. You will be the face of Pacific Automation, deeply embedded in the market and delivering technical solutions that keep our state's vital industries moving.

If you are currently a Business Development Manager, Account Manager or Sales Engineer and you are after more ownership of your patch and faster decisions - this is worth a conversation.

What do you bring?





Proven business development or key account management experience within mining, industrial, electrical or engineering sectors.

A genuine understanding of the mining and industrial landscape.

You can translate technical features into clear business value customers actually care about.

You are passionate about solving problems for your customers, not just pitching at them.

CRM discipline for a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting.

You are possibly an electrician with sales experience who understands mining and industrial applications.
