Job Description

Bankstown Sports Club in Sydney’s hospitality precinct is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the Events & Functions culinary team. You will lead and drive excellence across weddings, galas, conferences and large‑scale events, delivering superb food experiences and guest service.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will manage daily kitchen operations, mentor junior chefs, control costs and uphold HACCP standards while maintaining a high‑performing kitchen culture.
