TRUCK TECH is looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our Beresfield workshop.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows heavy vehicles, enjoys supporting a team and still likes getting on the tools.

Already a Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisor? Great. Senior Technician ready to step up? We want to hear from you too.

What You Need to Succeed

- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology - Essential
- Strong heavy vehicle servicing, repair and diagnostic experience
- Leading Hand, Foreman, Supervisor or Senior Technician experience
- Strong fault-finding and technical skills
- Confidence leading, coaching and supporting technicians
- Clear communication and a respectful leadership style
- Current driver's licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through
